No, we do not have pre-packaged foods or special shakes.  We provide simple strategies based on research and common sense! It is simple – eat whole foods! A whole food is vegetables, lean protein and fruits. See simple!
  • Rest – you will not heal and rejuvenate if you ignore this vital aspect of health. 
  • Exercise – must of are doing it all wrong and some do not do this at all.  It is a dreaded as the thought of a restricted diet!  With the right 20-30-minute workout 3-4 days a week and regular “cardio” you can have a significant impact on your health. 
  • Stress – Lifestyle Management – strategies for dealing with stress and creating the life of your dreams is vital for optimum health
  • Supplements – We recommend supplements based on your lab results, on what your body is telling us you need.
